- Do not submit health records, NRIC numbers, children’s data or payment-card information.
- We will use the details to understand your request and contact you about it.
- If feasible, you will receive a separate scope and agreement covering method, sample handling, price, timing, confidentiality and report-use rights.
- Results apply only to the sample tested and do not establish that a product or brand is safe, compliant or suitable.
- Your report remains private unless you separately agree in writing to a different use.
